It was very uncomfortable to be in the room. We also had a problem with the parking attendant. We were confused about where to go and made a wrong turn. Very disappointed with this hotel. Arrived to find there is nothing around it. Nowhere to go for dinner in the evening. Paid for a premium room and had to go back to reception to get it changed as I have stayed in standard rooms in hotels that were better. Because you put a super king bed in the room doesn't make it a premium room. Having to get a taxi into the centre to get dinner each night. Arr… Very disappointed with this hotel. check-in was a bit drawn out due to new requirements. the rooms were OK but other clientele were not so polite: leaving a dirty diaper in the trash next to the elevator. The breakfast was ok, but the dinner was not that good. Maintenance could step up a little on the outside areas. We had a studio in the "Apartamentos Luna Suites Granada", which was large, comfortable and had a good range of amenities. It was also well-priced. I disliked the shower, which was in the bath and screen leaked. But that was my only real gripe with the room. The parking was traditionally Spanish: tight parking spaces and confusing signs.
