Fabulous stay. Staff were lovely - couldn't do more for us. Terrace bar with views a real bonus. Meal in the restaurant was so good we went back another night. As someone visiting Granada as a tourist the location is excellent. Reception staff are really friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and made up well each day. However, the only thing 5 star was the bar prices. Whoever designed the interior only possessed a brown crayon and it is generally dull and sombre. Beware! misrepresented! Not 5 stars!

Beware! Not a 5 star hotel. 2.5 or 3 at best. I booked this hotel based on the pictures and rooftop bar. We booked 2 rooms, but as soon as we entered the lobby, I could tell it was old and shabby. It smelled like mold. Totally misrepresented from the pictures on line! We checked in and went up to our rooms. So disappointing and really discussing. Stained carpets, paint chipped and dented walls, an… Beware! Not a 5 star hotel. 2.5 or 3 at best. I booked this hotel based on the pictures and rooftop bar. Incredible stay, central location. Spacious room overlooking Gran Via with views to the Cathedral. Staff super helpful with any request, things to do, booking shows etc, bonus was the valet parking offered with no hesitation from concierge/ reception staff.
