Very well situated hotel in the old rown area. we cheated so used a public transport ( bus 9 and 30&32) to Alhambra which was optimal and preservating. IN ENGLISHI booked and paid a room with these hotel through agoda.com. Then the hotel said that it was sold out and that they could not give me that room and invited me to talk to agoda.com. My advice to this hotel is that if they are sold out, they should inform agoda.com. The hotel has 2 strong sides: the location, and the staff. I must mention the Front Desk staff, very friendly and accommodating, with quick check in, and check out process. Whoever owns the place, has to bear in mind that even the most amazing staff will, sooner or later, stop covering up any other failures.
