SHAMEFUL to put this hotel on a 3 or 4 star tourist circuit

FRAM you should take this hotel off the Andalousia circuit. The three other hotels on our circuit were very good but this one was terrible and does not in any way deserve its 3 stars. Firstly badly situated a long way out from Grenada center in an area where there is nothing open to go out to eat, which is absolutely necessary because the self service restaurant is awful - it's in a basement which… FRAM you should take this hotel off the Andalousia circuit. We only stayed 1 night but we were due to arrive by 9pm. The web pictures of rooms looked fine but we were probably unlucky. In room 207, there was a 10 cm difference in the height of our beds. (have ever seen that elsewhere). Hotel in general was fine for a 3 * but the food and unhelpful catering manager was awful

1 - Reception and the room were fine and very clean, albeit some upgrading of the corridors was going on eg no carpets only concrete floors in some of them.2 - Food was awful. Tasteless school dinners of the 1950's variety. Catering management was unhelpful although staff were very helpful otherwise. No coffee available except in the bar after lunch and dinner, only at breakfast. Excellent check in and friendly staff. Room size disappointing, rooms recently renovated shame the beds weren't updated also. Good location for accessing Albolote and Granada.
