Staff excellent and very helpful. We were given a room upgrade on arrival with a free bottle of cava for our anniversary. Unfortunately the bathroom did have long black hairs on the floor and in the bath.It is quite a walk from the Cathedral and the Alhambra. The room was surprisingly spacious. Only stayed for one night and came pretty late hence didn't really get to explore the hotel facilities. The breakfast was quite disappointing. I didn't finish mine. The egg was too runny, presentation and tastewise not my cup of tea. The churros were quite greasy. Had to resort to my ramen noodle for breakfast sadly.The room was surprisingly spacious. Only stayed for one night and came pretty late hence didn't really get to explore the hotel facilities. Wonderful breakfast buffet and easy parking and access

I was really impressed by the breakfast buffet. There’s cava there’s fruit juices of all kinds, and smoothies! The chef will make personalized egg dishes. There’s lots of places to get coffee so you don’t have to wait and I was just very impressed that they had a lot of vegetables too in addition to lots of meats and cheeses and of course, fruit fruit fruit ?? salad! We had a company team meeting at the Barcelo Congress hotel. Everything was taken care off, we had wonderful rooms, full breakfast, and a great lunch at the restaurant.I had a water leak in my room. The staff was very helpful in relocating me to another room. The only downside was the poor quality of the wifi in the congress room, I had to use my phone as mobile hotspot.We had a company team meeting at the Barcelo Congress hotel. Everything was taken care off, we had wonderful rooms, full breakfast, and a great lunch at the restaurant.I had a water leak in my room.
