    Stayed here for 2 weeks. Rooms were decent, the apartments are well placed near the Europa centre. All the staff were friendly enough, some more than others but no real complaints. The food was ok...

    We arrived late , the area to apartments is very dark and no help carrying suitcases up lots of steps , no water in room after a long journey no coffee or sachets provided and all inclusive stops...

    We are currently staying here,and definitely it's not a 3 star hotel!!!!Last year we stayed in 3 star hotel in Futaventura and now feels like 5 star!!! Poor restaurant, rooms are ok,poor swimming...
