Location

The apartments are situated in the heart of Maspalomas and around 500 m from the Faro 2 Shopping Centre, where guests will find restaurants and bars. The centre of Playa del Ingles is around 2 km from the complex, and there is a public bus stop around 30 m from the hotel reception desk. Gran Canaria Airport is some 25 km away.

Facility

English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (no extra charge). Other services include a car hire service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area.

Sport

The freshwater pool complex includes heated outdoor pools and a children's area. A waterslide and a refreshing drink at the poolside snack bar offer the perfect way to unwind. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, billiards and squash or, for a fee, table tennis. A spa, a sauna and massage treatments are available (subject to charge).

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. A delicious and varied buffet is prepared for breakfast and dinner.
