Location

These apartments are located near the beach, on the sunny side of Puerto Rico, very close to an area full of restaurants, entertainment spots and sporting options. Customers can reach both the marina and beach on foot; the beach can be found roughly 400 m from the establishment. The nearest bus station is located around 200 m from the apartment hotel and the town centre is around a 5-minute walk away. Gran Canaria Airport Las Palmas is located approximately 45 km away.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 18 apartments. English-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. Services and facilities include a cloakroom and medical assistance. A tour desk is available to assist guests with booking excursions. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge.

Rooms

Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. Rooms include a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a microwave. Internet access, a telephone and a television with satellite/cable channels ensure optimal comfort. Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy tennis and golf. For a fee, crazy golf is also available. Sports options available to guests include a gym or, for a fee, squash. A spa and solarium are available in the wellness area.

Meals

At the non-smoking restaurant, guests are waited on in a cosy atmosphere.
