Location

This hotel is located in a peaceful area of Playa del Ingles, only around 200 m from the beach. The great location is reinforced by the proximity of the shopping centres Tropical (approximately 300 m) and San Augustin (approximately 800 m), as well as the hospital (around 800 m). The ecumenical centre and the shopping centres of Kasbah and Yumbo are only 1 km away and the airport is 28 km away. There are very good public transport links to the rest of the island through a bus stop which lies only a few metres from the complex.

Facility

80 apartments are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. The apartment hotel provides a baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, a library, a car hire service and medical assistance. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket.
