This charming, family-friendly bungalow complex is situated in Gran Canaria's main tourist resort: Playa del Inglés. The establishment lies just 5 minutes from the beach, and guests will find public transport links within 150 m of the accommodation. The diving centre is approximately 1700 m away, and the aqua park is roughly 3 km from the establishment. The capital of Gran Canaria, Las Palmas, is 60 km away, and Gran Canaria Airport is some 30 km from the accommodation.
The bungalow complex was modernised in 2021. The 233 bungalows are comfortably equipped and ready for guests. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival. Amenities available at the complex include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There is a wellness area with a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a spa and massage treatments. Third-party operators offer a spa. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.
The dining area includes an à-la-carte restaurant and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous breakfast buffet, brunch, lunch and a dinner from the buffet or à la carte offer plenty of delicious variety. Gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. For little guests, baby food is available on request. In addition, special catering options and picnics are available.

Ideal if your deaf.
It’s actually a nice place but…. All inclusive turns off when it actually works, drinks are self service and often no glasses, no product, broken pumps. The main area is nice but they have building work very loud angle grinders while eating breakfast and again…
