This complex is located near the marina and beach (approximately 300 m away), on the sunny side of Puerto Rico. It is located near an area in which there are several restaurants and numerous sporting options. Puerto Rico’s centre, shopping facilities and nightlife options can all be reached in around 5 minutes by car. Holiday World fun park and Aqua Park can both be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car or public transport. Bus connections are located roughly 400 m away and Gran Canaria Airport Las Palmas is approximately 45 km from the complex.
40 studios are available. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel provides a cloakroom, a safe and medical assistance. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket.
