30 apartments are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by a lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a safe, a car hire service, a transfer service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden.
