This is an extremely overpriced and overrated hotel. Very fancy decor and fittings in our room which were just NOT practical. We paid extra for a terrace with spa tub but it wasn’t working,, took 3 hours to fix. Just 2 small overpriced snack bars with no proper restaurant. Friendly staff but very inefficient. Our 2nd stay and we love this hotel, it is amazing & we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The staff are fabulous & pay attention to detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The pool areas are relaxing and everything is so clean. Alphonso at reception is a wonderful member of staff and made us feel so welcome. Great location, spacious rooms & friendly staff! Just a shame they couldn’t sort out the weather!!
