Poor and let down by reception staff
PoorStayed as part of Jet2 package holiday. On arrival was told the room was not ready until 3pm unless we paid an extra €10 now. So, the room was ready but they wanted extra money. Reception staff are poor and rules just depend who is working. Bar IS NOT 24/7…

Terrible Hotel don’t go!
Terrible Hotel, they don’t offer even the “basics” you have to pay for everything, pay for the towels, pay for the security box even the worst hotel hast that for free, TV don’t works and I’m still waiting the Technic…the gym is a joke, you don’t have a fridge…
