Perfect location

No frills but great location
Great location , across the road from the beach. No frills place but very clean. Discounted carpark, again across the road. Friendly staff. Beach towels for rent at €5. Cafe next door that does a good bacon butty for €3. Lots of restaurants close by.

Great position
The rooms are small and pokey considering the price. No facilities such as a hairdryer. Tea making is in reception not in each room. Good position on the seafront. 24hr reception. Clean with welcoming staff. Car park is €15 per day extra through the hotel.
