Pictures on websites look fantastic, sadly once at the hotel it looked nothing like them.The landings very run down, dark and dingy, inside our room it needed a good make over, very outdated. The bath had a jacuzzi which did not work and there were no tea/coff…

The staff treat customers very attentively and kindly.
