Loved our stay

We were guests in early March and enjoyed our stay until our last evening. The hotel has a platform area in the foyer, approximately 4 meters by 4, and about 6 inches above floor level. While my wife was talking with another guest, she took a step back and fell, breaking her wrist. We filed a complaint with the hotel, including doctor`s report. Lovely grounds but needs updating
We paid to upgrade and arrived at midnight, we were shown to a very large room with a lounge on the ground floor. The bathroom was awful, it looked grimy and dirty all the paint was chipped and the floor damaged. Let's begin with the positives.What got us there was the "Adult-only" thing, and yes, there aren't screaming kids.The front desk people are great people and some of the bartenders are skilled (while others can't read a recipe).
