What we expected, but...

We stayed here for a week All Inclusive, and got what we were expecting, but... The hotel is a mix of All Inclusive and Half Board; and it is frequently very unclear what is included in the AI and what isn't. (This packet of crisps is... this one isn't! This drink is... this one isn't!) There is an Italian restaurant on site, which is also not included in the AI and to eat there is an extra 29 eur… We stayed here for a week All Inclusive, and got what we were expecting, but... The hotel is amazing. As soon as you walk in it smells nice, looks clean and really impressed us, the room was spacious, clean and we had a lovely view on both sides of the balcony, one being the sea and other being the marsh land water which looked amazing when the sun set, the pool was well looked after and good slides for our 6 year old, not too big so felt safe, had a lovely kids area too with… The hotel is amazing. We have just returned from a family all-inclusive holiday of 10 days, and it was really lovely. The location was great and quiet. The staff were very helpful and polite, but not always willing to speak English, which was sometimes frustrating. We noticed that English-speaking guests are served in Spanish or Portuguese.
