Lovely location and Staff but not the rooms

We stayed for one night and the check in was ok but only one person checking in (was a large que later on. The location is great with a large pool and no issues getting a sunbed, unlike the bar which also serves food with a que of 30 people and only one stressed bar person! Check in 5/5Really friendly lady and smooth check in experience. Parking was an issue and we arrived off peak. Rooms 4/5Lovely spacious rooms and really good value for money. What a load of hassle

I have never ever had a bad stay at Melia chain until I arrived at this hotelOn arrival there was no parking. Had to park 20 minutes away and as I was alone reception told me couldn’t keep bags whilst found parking. So in the blazing heat lug all the bags to the hotel. On arrival on hotel told me the room was not ready which was fair enough. I asked if I could use pool and did they have a towel. Well maintained apts by a big beach. Complex is good.Buildings are low rise but the area is very built up and you probably need a car (which we did have).
