This hotel complex built in the Andalusian colonial style is located in the centre of Islantilla and offers direct access to a sandy beach stretching for miles. A selection of shopping and entertainment venues is also to be found in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop is to be found only 200 m from the hotel and Faros airport is approximately 90 km away. The transfer time is approximately 2 hours.

106 junior suites and 294 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. This hotel was actually much better than we expected. The building itself is impressive with indoor landscaping and wide open spaces for relaxation. It was our first time here at the hotel and we stayed in a suite on the third floor. I had requested a sea view and though that view was somewhat restricted our over all experience staying was excellent. From the food to the staff, everything was great. We will go back again. This is a very friendly hotel, staff are first class, food was very well presented and nice. The main problem and it is a problem in modern society the need to connect and be connected the WiFi was very bad and hit and miss.
