Ayamonte town centre and its bus station are around 6 km from the hotel. Seville is two and a half hours by car, Almonte is around an hour and a half, and the Algarve is just over 2 hours’ drive. We booked the hotel because we have an 11 Yr old and 12 Yr old and it advertises lots of activities even for older children however nothing really going on. We didn't realise hardly any of the staff spoke English which made us feel a bit excluded from any entertainment. Disappointed with the hotel and having checked trip adviser were not aware this is a predominantly Spanish resort it would have been good to have been aware. As a family of four we had to share 2 double beds! My son being 16 and daughter 10 we didn’t feel this appropriate! The reception staff were not very accommodating when we asked for a single bed or alternative room. we rented out an appartment here for a little less than a week. Very satisfy!, beautifull place and great service. Allot to do closeby and to rent a car or bicecly is very easy, they wil help u with everything. Great variety in food and very nice spa!!., the beach u can go by feet and the city is not that far to.Wil return for sure!..
