I was very disappointed on arrival i couldn't get to the room even having key card. This was the beginning of a nightmare. After getting into the room 1 hour later. The room was nice. Then 3rd problem big one arriving back in the evening from Gibraltar there was no electricity all night dissaster at 22.00 the reception said it was a first time which was a lie because the chaimber maid its been lik… I was very disappointed on arrival i couldn't get to the room even having key card. This is a very convenient hotel for visiting Gibberish and San Roque. We booked a junior suite room 711 with breakfast. The views of Gibralter rock and runway along with the views of the Marina were great.Room was tidy with plenty English channels on the tv. The hotel is located near the bus terminal and about 15 minutes from the Gibraltar border. When we visited Gibraltar, we still had to go through border control. Now, we can enter Gibraltar smoothly.
