This trip was ruined when a piece of property was removed from my room we reported it immediately and were assured it would be returned ! 5 days of reporting it every day and speaking to a manager and still nothing and no resolution !!!! We felt like they didn't care and just kept fobbing us off ! The food was very very average as everything was over cooked and tasteless . Nice resort for a nice chill experience, pool was huge and plenty sun loungers to go on. We were only here for 4 nights so went self catering hoping to maybe have some facilities to help but there was nothing not even a kettle to boil water in! There were ants in the bed and crawling all around the floor which was really unsettling for me and my friend. It is nice to see such an accessible hotel h… Nice resort for a nice chill experience, pool was huge and plenty sun loungers to go on. Fabulous therapist: masseur. I’m currently staying in the hotel for a week and having a lovely time. Just had an amazing massage and reflexology undertaken by Anna. Thoroughly recommend it. The staff in the hotel are all charming and have been very helpful. Swimming pool is amazing .
