This hotel is located in the first line of the sea on Playa Matalascañas, and is only 800 m from the town centre. Shopping areas with shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity, as well as links to the public transport network.

313 rooms, including 41 apartments and 270 studios, are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop.
