This spa hotel was renovated in 2022. 190 non-smoking rooms, including 50 junior suites, 8 suites and 125 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by 4 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service (for a fee), a car hire service, 24-hour room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a page service and a hotel shuttle bus. A range of wellness facilities, such as a spa, a sauna, spa treatments and a solarium, are offered at the hotel. For a fee, guests can also take advantage of a spa, a beauty salon, massage treatments, anti-ageing treatments and cellulite treatment. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Immaculate hotel presentation and exellent rooms, very polite and helpful staff throughout. Great facilities and good access to a wonderful beach. On arrival, things got off to a set back start. That is the room, I picked and booked some 9 months before was now not available. The most beautiful beach hotel I have visited in Europe! The staff were so lovely as were the rooms, pool & beach area. The beach bar & restaurant were particularly nice. The only bad thing was the pool towels @ the beach - head down there early otherwise you have to sit in the bar/grass area!
