Sleeping in a Sauna
Checkin was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, March is still considered winter which means the Hotel has heating on all the rooms permanently on. This means even with your door open, because of the direction of the hotel, you get no cold air coming in. Reception cannot do anything about it. I kid you not, when I say the rooms are hot, we're talking min 28 degrees… Checkin was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They use a third party and you pay more (+50%. if direct hotel) , non refundable and no breakfast (direct hotel all is included) At the hotel, no help whatsoever.
