We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The value for money is excellent, and the entire staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The hotel has definitely lost its personality and it's charm. This was a nice, tranquile hotel with distinguished travellers. Now because of the all inclusive and "offers", the kind of travellers has obviously changed. If you are looking for a tranquile place to stay, this is not the place anymore. Been here a few times before but this time is the last.Service is absolutely appalling lift stung of dog yes might be dog friendly but reception bog of dog.Then the room is not worth the money the bath has a big crack init so you have a shower and the water runs out of the bath. Don't waste your money, this used to be a great place to stay but has literally gone to the dogs. Hotel is full of dogs, the lifts smell the room supposed to be a superior garden room is dirty bath is broken. Staff don't care not interested in resolving complaints. Tried to get a coffee sachet for the room to be met with the rudest vile abuse from bar staff. Pass on by this place.
