Lovely hotel staff from reception to housekeepers very friendly and accommodating. Rooms absolutely spotless and cleaned every couple of days. Pool area very well looked after Did not use main restaurant but ate in the Gastro bar good food and service reasonably priced. Only drawback is that there is not much locally to do unless you have a car which we didn’t and the bus gets very busy. The hotel is very well located, close to the Barrosa beach, with plenty of free space to park the car. It was a very good experience, great staff. The house (Villa) and surroundings were beautiful and very well maintained. Only point to improve is the restaurant. It could be have more variety along the week. After some days, we got tired of the same food. Also some confusion with big queues to buffet, since the hotel hosted some teens school excursions that flooded the restaurant and pool... ILU… It was a very good experience, great staff. -Food was poor of quality and no variety. We had half board and it was extremely boring to go back to the same items daily. No thematic nights at all, no shellfish_Wifi did mot work _Cleaning service only done every 3 days, therefore I stayed 5 and only one time my room was cleaned! This is absurd!-Except for flamenco singers, entertainment was also very poor of quality! Had to call for toilet pap… -Food was poor of quality and no variety.
