Good location close to the sea and the big swimming pool are especially important in summer. Hotel is 10 to 15 min by car and 1 hour on foot from Peniscola. Hotel attracts mainly tourists who stay there for half or full board. Most activities for those tourists do not happen in wintertime.Buffet breakfast is huge but of average quality. The rooms are a good size with 2 double beds a shower and a separate bath. Lovely and clean. There is a safe and a fridge in the room but no kettle. The food is typically Spanish food but nothing wrong with it. The Christmas gala meal wasn’t to my liking but that’s because I like plain foods, the servings were generous. The location was excellent & easy walk to most things. The room was spacious & very clean. The staff were really friendly & helpful. The breakfast was one of the best we´ve had. The hot food was cooked to order, right in front of you. Only downside was that it didn´t state that the spa was extra on the booking site. Resort was overall good. I would say worth the money we paid, because we got it on an offer and paid very cheap price. However If we had to pay the real price which is shown on thier website, we wouldn’t have liked it. The reason is that room is very old ( renovation is long overdue).
