The booking agent said the restaurant and pool may be closed. It was not made clear at booking that the resort was shut down. The confirmation e-mail stated check-in service was 24/7 at Hotel Magic Games. We arrived to check in and the hotel and town were abandoned. Run as far as you can from this scam. First of all this is not a resort but just a few separate hotels under the same management (or should I say unmamagement). There is construction garbage everywhere, nothing opens on time, there is always guests complaining.What a nightmare!!!Spend you money elsewhere.We are 4 days into our "Ultra All Included" vacation and the mini bar is completely empty sinc… Run as far as you can from this scam.
