The Aura is a beautiful hotel. I have never been in a cleaner hotel. The white bedclothes and the furniture were so fresh and relaxing. The room was cleaned to perfection. Olatz at reception was a delight. The underground hotel parking is located 1 block away from he hotel. It is close, but you have to drive around to get there. The hotel boasts comfortable rooms. As a member of this chain hotel I never felt so uncomfortable. Positive thinks was the great attitude of Lady girl at the reception she have a very long hair and she make me happy all the time when I so her the same the Lady girl at the bar with blond hair and glasses.
