Stayed at the main building on the 4th floor at 402 the room itself with bedding quality was good. Staff should improve theirs English language level which is essential. Only Claudia from reception, Maria from restaurant and a couple of bartender at pool bar speaks English. If you are an English speaker you ll need to find them )) Apart of language barrier, they all are nice and friendly people. On arrival the staff were so friendly, gentleman on reception could speak very good English.The lady in the restaurant was always smiling on arrival to eat.The apartment was perfect lovely views , house keeping were brilliant.The pool was fabulous my little ones loved it.Honestly was one of the best holidays in a long time, very good price and food was brilliant.All staff are amazing! Once again we had a delightful relaxing stay at what has become one of our favourite hotels stay. The Manager and staff are welcoming and efficient and always on hand to serve. The bedrooms are spotless and very comfortable and the sea views change from one hour to another. Its the perfect relaxing refreshing hotel to unwind and enjoy a well deserved holiday. The food in this place is fantastic! Walk-ins welcome. Sea front view. Great paella. A great buffet overall. Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. Had 3 days at this beautiful place.My first experience was at the arrival with the receptionist Mr. internship Bernardo from Portugal ????
