We had a lovely stay at Aparthotel Acualandia & Spa in Spain. The children absolutely loved it and had a fantastic time! ?? The apartment was clean and comfortable, the cleaning service was good, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Ludmila Pascalut helped us so much. Amazing view but poor service

Hotel location is really nice, by the beach and our room on the top floor has an amazing view of the oldtown. We came by car and there was easy to find the free parking nearby (considered that the area didnt seemed crowded). When we arrived we were very impressed with the rooms. They were more like apartments, with separate bedroom which had en-suite bathroom, kitchenette, lounge/dining area and separate toilet with wash hand basin. We were not impressed with the fact we were probably the only English speaking guests, and were not catered for at all. Out of season, this aparthotel was full of Spanish holiday-makers on package tours. We were able to park immediately outside the hotel. We had a room with a balcony on the top floor. There was an empty plunge pool on the balcony - rather dangerous, but the view over the sea and to the old town and castle was magnificent. The suite of rooms was cheaply furnished. We arrived in a thunderstorm and had a problem because we couldn’t park near the hotel but the weather and parking were our biggest problems. The staff were friendly, the hotel is very well organised and we were extremely pleased with our small apartment. We had full-board and were well satisfied with the choice of food and service.
