4 stars rooms but remaining facilities are 2-3 stars!
This can't be a 4 stars hotel because hotel force you to select 45 minutes slots for entering the restaurant, otherwise you lose your right and you can't eat the meal, long queues always waitin apprx 4-5 minutes to get in. Rooms are good as 4 stars quality fresh and clean, pool is super small. The reception was nice and helpful. As well as the waitresses at the restaurant - always quick and efficient.I liked the two room apartment, but the cleaning has to be improved for sure.The food selection was not big, but there always something for me to choose from. Acuasol NOT - only secondary property Aparthotel Jardines del Plaza
We never got to stay at Acuasol. That Hotel was closed for the season, can only assume due to lack of reservations (or it closes EVERY end of Season). They shifted us to Aparthotel Jardines del Plaza, another property adjacent to the ZHotel property Hotel Peñiscola Plaza Suites. It had a great location across from the Beach, but farther down the beach, away from the downtown area. Older unit, with… We never got to stay at Acuasol. No free parking. Even when u pay at resort they let others park in the spot you paid. House keeper trying to sneak in my room glad I was there. Dirty bathroom wet towels on arrival l. When you do timeshare exchange they always give you bad room locations like near elevator lots noise. No rules on dining you can cough pick your nose touch food and no one says anything.
