Hotel looks very good from the outside, but inside it's not the same.The hotel is old, smart TVs in the suite but no Wi-Fi in the room. Excellent treatment from the staff.
We stayed 6 days at the hotel, they accommodated us in two very spacious and comfortable rooms (suites), ideal for getting around with electric wheelchairs.The staff was very friendly, especially XAVI, to whom I send my regards, who had the afternoon shift in the dining room and who assisted us at all times with uncommon kindness and professionalism. We spent 4 nights at the hotel. The room was fine, but the hotel leaves much to be desired. It is in an area with not many dining options nearby, and the hotel does not have a café. A hot beverage machine, advertised as a coffee shop, that did not work, and a cold beverage machine that was not restocked and almost never had water. Disappointing
Very basic, cold and no homely touches. No duvets or blankets, we had to ask for blankets. No heating so we had to pay a deposit of €20 for a small heater that wasn't very effective.
