Stayed one night at this hotel. Kept awake with banging doors and a wake up call at 2.35 am. My complaint wasn’t logged, the response being a shrug of the shoulders. Breakfast was chaotic and needs to be logically laid out. E.g. tea bags at one end, hot water…
