Booked Suites, got Palace. Overall good!
The first thing to mention is that we actually booked the Suites via Jet2 and with no warning were told we’d been “upgraded” to the Palace upon arrival. This came as a bit of an annoyance at first...

Poor facilities
Bar was closed from 3rd September with restaurant following on 6th. This is the most expensive of the hotels yet were no facilities open. We were advised by manager we could eat in the other hotels...

Overall a good stay but needs more shade around pools and a better system for sun beds. House keepers do a great job in keeping room clean during stay.

Think twice
Travelled as a family August 24, we ended up leaving for an air bnb as the hotel was SOO busy, we couldn’t hear each other speaking in the restaurant. It was a shame to spend our week together...
