  Disgraceful- they insisted I paid on arrival before giving me the keys even though I had already paid the day before and had a receipt from them. The man on reception promised only 1 had gone through. 2 weeks later they have ignored my emails and messages and no refund.   I loved this hotel, because the staff were extremely friendly! Another reason is that the rooms were very comfortable and roomy! I also thought that they really thought about what the costumer needs/wants! The courtyard was beautiful and the patio upstairs was phenomenal, you could sit outside on the patio enjoying an amazing view!   One of the most beautiful and lovely apartments I have stayed. The check in was easy and the manager was extremely kind and he guided us and helped us settle in.   Wonderful stay. Gorgeous patio, friendly staff and large rooms. The location was close enough to the city center for easy access, but far enough away for peace and quiet.
