The room for 3 people is ok. Very small shower, average breakfast and some friendlier people at reception would be nice. On 2nd night we only had our room and washroom tided up, beds done but washroom sink was not. Good location. Could do better for the price.

The room was very small. I was travelling alone but would not like to share the room, it would end up in irritation. I could hardly move in the bathroom, luckily I am not a big person. The room was very clean and for once there were several foreign tv channels, very good! For one night it was okay and I guess it is a matter of budget. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel when you want an inexpensive clean hotel room. The hotel is an easy 10 minutes walk from the big sights and very near a nice big park.

How to seem unfriendly without trying

I really don't understand how they reckon that it is worth annoying guests by trying to charge €1.80 per day (plus €15 deposit for a key!) for use of the safe in one's room. Likewise, the warning that €2.50 would be charged if any food was not consumed in the breakfast room just made fixing a sandwich for my train journey a more appealing challenge. It's a niche approach to hospitality, I suppose. Also niche was the hip bath shower tray in the minute bathroom. Given that it was necessary to access the shower via the sloping hip-end of the bath while holding onto the basin for support, I was left wondering what the casualty rate among occupants might be. But apart from that, a perfectly acceptable hotel, convenient for the station and 20 minutes walk from the main sites.

Spotlessly clean all throughout the hotel. Lovely staff. Breakfast cold meat, cheese, fruit , bread rolls, good coffee. Location good as walking distance to all locations , railway and bus station 10 minutes walk
