Great hotel with friendly staff near historical center.

We arrived early on a busy weekend but had no problems checking in early. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient when we needed some assistance with a medical emergency. The beds are super comfortable and we received a small dessert welcome tray. Hotel is well located regarding railway station and historic centre.Staff were very pleasant and welcoming.The room itself was well appointed and a decent size with a lovely bathroom.However, the air con wasn't working and the "view" from the "large windows to let in light" was none existent ( see photos).
