We have stayed at this lovely hotel before, and also this time the staff was very kind and the service processes were generally at a high level.As usual, we stayed in a balcony room. The central location of this hotel is absolutely perfect for exploring the city. The exterior looks so pretty and the inside is beautiful too.We upgraded our room to one overlooking the square with a tiny balcony (not big enough to sit on) but still nice to be able to open the window. A fabulous hotel with an amazing staff team in a wonderful location. We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 nights stay. Reception were a pleasure to interact with. A gorgeous hotel, we got a great rate for a junior suite and you can often get up to 20% off by joining their rewards club. We were welcomed with some Cava and a big smile.
