I would not recommend this hotel if you want quality service and accommodating staff to assist with your family’s needs. The front desk ladies on Sunday, Marta and especially Beatriz, were so rude at arrival that I wanted to leave the hotel! We liked this hotel very much . It was conveniently located and had good bars and restaurants nearby which helped because we were unlucky with the weather. The hotel is in a good position, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a little dark as overlooked the courtyard but was spotlessly clean. Breakfast plenty of choice and very tasty. Perfect location. Very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. VERY helpful staff. Ask for a quiet room. Ours overlooked the street which although very small was also on a bus route so too noisy with the windows open! Walking distance of major attractions . Fabulous hotel. Great staff. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast noisy road but next time we will ask for a quiet one. We would definitely recommend it!!!! Perfect location.
