  Of our six week trip to Europe, this was the most disappointing hotel experience. Staff were not friendly or helpful. The staff did not assist with parking. Although they offer some parking spaces they were rude on the phone and in texts when we inquired. The hotel was not clean, noisy, no soundproofing, and the breakfast was minimal.   One to avoid if you're disabled!

  A very disappointing treatment of a wheelchair-bound person, my husband. We had booked a disabled room and made it very clear to the hotel that my husband was in a wheelchair. We also asked if there was Parking and they confirmed and said that we would have to pay for it which was fine.   Booked for five nights to attend a flamenco event. I lasted one night. They refused to refund anything. The hotel, and the room smelled of insecticide. The bed was small and uncomfortable, The sheets were old and of the lowest quality. Air conditioning is controlled at the front desk.   We visited Cordova on July 03-04, 2023 and upon exiting the garage the metal gate was inadvertently closed damaging the left doors and door handle of the rented vehicle. Everything went well with the local management until we submitted the charges on the damages to the rental vehicle; until now we haven’t been refunded on the damages whatsoever.   Nice stay, freindly staff and close to Historic area

  Nice dining area. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. A lot of variety in the food.The hotel is about 30 min casual walk to the historic area. There are a fewrestaurants In the area, but they observe the Spanish Siesta time so if you don't eat late lunch by 400PM you will not get a meal until 7-8Pm that night.Hotel rooms are comfortable and beds are clean and well kept.
