  We were greeted by Silvia, a great professional, accompanied us to the apartment, well located, spacious, clean, with everything you need, even iron and board.We received a message in the afternoon asking if everything was correct, we needed something, very good follow-up by the hotel.   Mixed bag for this place. It has great potential.Pros: Fantastic location, you could walk easily around the old parts of the city. Very reasonable priced. Comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well. Newly remodeledCons: The wi-fi did not work which made things difficult.   Our 2 bedroom suite at Tandem El Patio was very clean and comfortable. Staff person Ana was welcoming, helpful and patient despite our lack of Spanish.
