Good hotel in walking distance from the centre of Ciudad Real. Free parking on site. Room clean with nice en suite. Working wi-fi. Fridge but no kettle. Breakfast available though I didn't try it. Loud . A bit rude. Not a good sleep

Rooms are ok . Just a tv and a safe For electric devices tea and coffee are from a machine from the lobby . The housekeeping are so loud I mean really loud. You can hear everything in the other rooms even a phone vibrating. Food and drink are here but it's basic breakfast 13 eruo . Personally I would not come back here again. From the reception to the bed it was very bad. Very slow check in with no information about the hotel or city. Restaurant closed. Not friendly area. Pillow were super hard and not cosy. You got the feeling to be in a dorm room with your neightbours. Noise until 2am. Then in the morning super slow check out without any concern. A very good one night stay on our journey from Santander to Almeria. Easy check in/check out, and a friendly helpful attitude from Javier on reception. Charging me despite me cancelling before the cancallation date

I made a reservation for this hotel for 11th November. My plans changed and I could not go. The policy states I can cancel up to 00.01am on 11th November. Despite contacting the hotel they will not cancel my reservation and will charge me.
