This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. Located right on the edge of the Plaza Mayor the location is 10 out of 10. Car parking is just minutes away in a public car park but easy to manage Hotel is in very good condition and the decor very pleasant. The room was a great size and more than comfortable. Good location, room was very clean and big. We had a lovely balcony (no furniture, a couple of chairs will be nice). The room is a little bit dated, if i had a few more plugs, we had to unplug the lamps to charge our phones and a better hairdryer (the got one old fashion wall one) i would give it a 4. Breakast was good. Most of the staff were ok, a couple were not that nice unfortunately, no rude.… Good location, room was very clean and big. Excellent hotel! Rooms very comfortable and silent. The location of the hotel really in the centre with lots of interesting restaurants near it! We thought a place named Ciudad Real (the royal city) would be something to see. We were wrong, it is really underwhelming and not really worth a detour but the one positive thing we can say about it is we ate well and we slept well. The hotel was really nice, with comfortable quiet room even though it was located in the city center.
