    The Hotel is an excellent location travelling down from France to Alicante and Murcia etc The down side its situated on an Industrial estate with nothing around The Hotel had excellent rooms and facilities and the breakfast was excellent No Bar was available

    We needed a stay on our way to Valencia and Sercotel Plana Park was very close to the main road. Staff at the reception were friendly and check in was easy, the room was tidy and looked newly furnished... Everything was fine until it turned out that the single bed didn't have a pillow, but some kind of armrest or a cushion off of a sofa or whatever it was, awkwardly shaped and very hard, impossible to sleep on. Then shower time. Very elegant bathroom, but the shower head was scratched to bare plastic and hanging sadly with the stream directed towards the wall, so I had to hold it my hand all the time, which made washing my hair rather difficult. the bathroom floor quickly was flooded, so we couldn't go to the toilet later without soaking our feet.I didn't mention that the whole lounge and restaurant area looks also clean and new. It was nice to sit in, but it turned out that the coffee machine was out of order and all scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage (one sausage, not replenished at any point) were completely cold. The variety of cold cuts and cheese was ok though. All in all, everything looks fine, but once you start using it, it's one big disappointment, At least value for money was ok.

    Staying in this hotel was all in all a very nice experience. The stuff was always friendly and ready to help at any time. The room was clean and generally the service was excellent.     Surprisingly nice

    We needed a place for one night near vall de Uixo. And this looked decent. Outside looks sketchy but turns out it is new and quite elegant inside. The desk clerk spoke excellent English. Free parking in underground garage. Room was very nice. New bathroom appliances. Best shower I've had in Spain in two weeks!! Free breakfast which was good. Highly recommend if you are passing through.     Something missing

    This hotel could be so much better, it has everything to make it at least a four star. Rooms are nice, breakfast ok, reception again very good. But bar is there in name only, restaurant also. The whole feel of the hotel is its just a place to sleep and it could be so much more
