US citizen left with no assistance
We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. After leaving and heading down the coast we realized we left a back pack sitting in the parking garage and a cosmetic bag in our room. We have called MANY times and have received no assistance to look at their cameras to see who had picked up the backpack. Their housekeeping is also stating there was no cosmetic bag left in our room. We have a language barrier… We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Very beautiful hotel and service minded staff! Plenty to choose from in the breakfast buffet.Spacious rooms with minibar in the room as well as AC and safe at no extra cost.The hotel is also very centrally located but not too noisy to get out if you come by car.There is a garage under the hotel, parking cannot be booked in advance. Excellent hotel for a road trip!
We stayed one night on our way to the south of Spain and we were very impressed about this hotel. We booked a Junior Suite and the room was impeccable, good size, modern design and very comfortable. The breakfast is good, has a good choice and variety. The staff is very professional and friendly. The hotel has a parking which is very convenient (15 €/night).
