Horrible manager!!!!!!
Transferred from the horrible Spark hotel down the road because of the nasty conditions. Hilton Honors made our second night reservation the night before. Around 10am housekeeping knocked and walked in while we were sleep. Then around 11am someone came knocking on the door asking was we checking out then called the room asking the same thing. I told them HH reserved our reservation they said okay.… Transferred from the horrible Spark hotel down the road because of the nasty conditions. Wish the upkeep and cleaning were better.
When we arrived we were placed in a room that had not been serviced properly as there were numerous human hairs in the bed. The duty manager quickly placed us in a room where the problem of an unchanged room was not an issue. In general the place, while modern, was not maintained at the expected level. When we arrived we were placed in a room that had not been serviced properly as there were numerous human hairs in the bed.
