Management needs to give their staff attention - so that they can give their guests the same.
The building is very nice - as it most paradores. The disappointment is the running of the place. The staff are friendly but have not been given the training required to give the guests a four star experience. We later stayed at another parador and the difference was very evident. Nice room lovely terrace poor food. Reception staff lovely. Room had no hot water for 24 hours ,no reduction made on the bill. The parking lot is also a treacherous drive down a narrow passageway. I only mention this because while the parador is truly stunning and I highly recommend visiting, it’s not th… First off, this Parador is top notch. Truly excellent in every way.
